Charlie is a member of Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association, the Home Builder’s Association of KY (HBAK) and National Association Home Builders (NAHB). His positions have included:
- President 2019 Lincoln Trail HBA
- President 2019 Home Builder’s Association of KY
- National Director NAHB and Member: Construction Research & Technology Committee.
